Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) and SNP Friends of Palestine held a seminar in the House of Commons hosted and chaired by Tommy Sheppard MP. The seminar focused on the issues faced by the Palestinian refugees of Syria, in light of the 5th year anniversary of the Syrian crisis. The discussion explored how Palestinian refugees remain particularly vulnerable and have been disproportionately affected by the conflict in Syria.
The Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) & Labour Friends of Palestine & the Middle East (LFPME) hosted a seminar at the House of Commons on 24th February 2016. The event focused on the obstacles Palestinian advocates face when criticising Israel and its policies. The discussion looked at how the Palestinian narrative is distorted in order to depreciate efficacy and obstruct the peace process.
On the 25th of January, PRC held a seminar in the Houses of Commons, titled “Poverty in Palestinian Refugee Camps: Challenges and Prospects”. The meeting, hosted by MP Ben Bradshaw, focused on the adverse conditions Palestinian refugees  - particularly in Lebanon -  face living in camps due to high poverty rates and lack of state or proper UN support.
London, 17th November 2015 – The Palestinian Return Centre held a special panel discussion titles “Scotland and Palestine: Building Friendship and Solidarity” at the Houses of Parliament. The event was chaired by Tommy Sheppard MP, who is also Scottish National Party (SNP) Spokesperson in the Cabinet Office, and member of SNP Friends of Palestine.
